" Highly not recommend this clinic unless the alternative, Raffles Medical is closed.
Had the worst consultation with Dr Wong Chin Shing as he was rude and rushing me during the entire consult. Consultation lasted less than 1min and was charged for $38 for talking to this top class GP.
Staff was patient and understanding though which I deeply appreciate. "

" If not because of Sunday where most clinics are closed I will not be choosing this clinic. Brought my 2yo niece who’s a foreigner. She was having a fever and flu. The doctor advised for art test and was informed that the test will be subsidized by government even after I reminded him that she is a tourist. When proceed for payment I was charged for the art test. Misinformation at its best. The worst part is I was notified that I will be receiving a text message for the art test result but I did not received any update from the clinic at all. 2 days later I received a call from MOH that my niece was tested positive. It is so irresponsible and unprofessional. "

" The clinic feels shady. My wife had a pap-smear test and they made a mistake in collecting the specimen first time. They called us to come down for the second test, this is a test that is not supposed to be an ease, and yet we took it again. When the test result came, they did not even advise us properly, we had to prompt them to check on the result. I wouldn’t recommend a service like them anymore. "

" Very bad consultation received by the doctor. My mum fell and had informed the doctor she heard a crack and asked twice if it’s necessary for her to have an X-ray at the hospital. Doctor mentioned it wasn’t a fracture and gave normal pain killer and some anti inflammatory cream. Told her if she’s still in pain after 2 days later to come see her. A few hours later my mum was in pain and decided to head to A&E. The moment the hospital doctor saw my mums foot he knew it was a fracture and took an X-ray. She’s in a cast now. "

" The star is only for their great counterstaff. Other than that, the doctors there are rubbish. They are apprehensive about individuals who have symptoms that may not be very apparent. They also will give you a maximum of 1 to 5 minutes per consultation, check with the other reviews. You can definitely tell that the doctors there have lost their passion (if it were ever there) to help people and mostly see it as a production line, rushing from one patient to the next. If that's not bad enough, they m have the cheek to charge exorbitant prices after you wait an hour to see a doctor who rushes you out in 5 minutes or less. Rubbish place, rubbish doctors (really), rubbish prices but great counter staff. Been there twice and never again. "

I was waiting in the queue all the time until I was called. My wife was also with me. My queue number never got called. When asked I was told they called the number and I weren't there. Rude, very rude. I left the place and never went back.

" I would rate it zero if I could. For the price I'm paying, I think I would rather visit raffles medical. Rude Chinese female doctor (Dr LSL) and extremely expensive - paid $50 for just 1 type of painkiller. Please think twice before visiting this place "

" Do not come here unless its really an emergency. Brought my brother here for fever and cough. Consultation was less than a minute but they charged almost a hundred, unbelievably expensive. Service was bad as well, need to remind counter to print out the MC. Extremely unprofessional. "

For those living in that area.. i suggest going to other neighboring clinics eg.Olive Tree family.
Im having high fever over 39degree C. for 3days and some other symptoms (which he didn't bother to listen and just want to rush me).. But when the counter lady took my temp.. the thermometer wasnt even properly placed.. its like just hovering near my ear (36degrees -.- lesser than other patients who isnt having a fever).. the doctor didn confirm much with me nor did he took my temp again..just gave me panadol which i am already consuming .. soooo it doesnt make a difference at all..They charge really expensive too..even with CHAS card...-.- they just wanna earn our money.. even the ppl infront of me hardly spend a minute in the room.. i can go on and on bout the negatives but overrall..
The only positive thing is that they open everyday mon-sun "
