Most of the ward nurses and assistants are patient and helpful. Less politics among them as they are mainly foreigners from the same culture.
Business office officers are very helpful and face much painful paper handling which are not within their control. They still willing to assist within their means.
Physiotherapists consists of foreigners and locals. Myself being a local Chinese do see gang forming and politics coming from a few middle age Chinese females Physiotherapists. They will sit inside ward area and chat loudly where there is lesser patient and no family members around disturbing the patient's rest.
By Allied Health Professional Council Code of conduct, "2.5 Where you may encroach upon your patient’s privacy during therapy or in providing a service, you are to obtain consent from your patient prior to proceeding." These few Physiotherapists have abuse this code by intruding too much into patient's privacy which has nothing to do with patient's recovery. Gossips and gossips.
One of Physiotherapists, named her "Hill". During therapy she is busy greeting other patient's family entering and chatting when they enter the Physio room. Though she is holding onto the patient yet her attention was not on the patient. Her good appraisal may have come from the special translations service she provides to her non chinese foreigner colleague / supervisor. A opportunist to obtain good appraisal at the expense of patient's family by encroach too indepth upon your patient’s and family privacy? Professionalism is definitely not there from this particular Physiotherapist.
Patient A gets to know Patient's B personal and family matters somehow through chatting with some staffs. "

" Many foreign nurses most of them treat their services as a work or career. Most of them have not much patience to take care the patients there like an elder or parents. However, do met few of the ladies there have professionalism in their work just that the percentage are low and still better than Ren Ci. "

Here will helpful and friendly but the rehab staff not so good will lazy the choose patient exspecil the callxin yi reab staff so the give the almost canwalk patienl more excuruse so they can just watch the patient, with out hand on for me the just that me like tranprent hethey will just push me to lokomart side and nv let me practice walk on tongkat if really wish can't change xin yi and sunrinse awayhop the commuty will do sole thing was we dun like to waste a lot time here I think if stq'aff put in loez effird on rehqb patient will process in a very well condition "

" Do not ever select AMKCH!! the nurse can kill the patient, doing fake report not giving medicine, shouting to patient . EYEING of patient food. Even the doctors in charge of Ward 3 , is the worst that ever meet. Just base on the daily basis!! does not care the patient history at all . This is the worst hospital with lots of germs , well patient in and can get serious infection from there!! I will sue them for sure MOH should investigate about it!. "

" The nurses are pretty unresponsive to patients - perhaps understaffed? The guy next bed called for the nurses to change diapers and they came thrice but nothing was done for almost an hour. He was frustrated and banging the cabinates and no assistance came. Can clearly see that his diapers were fully soaked. Maybe more could have been done to the staffing issue or widening of job scope of staff to include such duties. "
