I told him that I was a bit in a rush of having the bracket installed as soon as possible: the technicians were at my place by 3pm! They worked fast and carefully, using a vacuum cleaner while drilling in order not to have dust flying everywhere and damaging the electronics in my room. They adjusted the height of the tv 3 times until I was satisfied. They were polite and patient.

" Visited Obedience looking for a simple fixed TV mount but got the X4 full motion mount instead which wasn't that much more expensive anyway. Absolutely no regrets as it made it so much easier to work with cabling changes behind the TV once mounted! Thanks to staff Jun Hoong for the spot-on recommendation!
