" I booked an appointment for (date) which was cancelled due to the dentist having booked my appointment beyond his service hours. I was booked , arrived on the clinic, only to find out his clinic hours end at 6:30pm. I mean who does that? How could you not know when your service hours end?!! I would not say there was negligence since you ought to know your schedules! You didn't even bother to apologize to me nor explain your incompetence?? You even blocked me on WhatsApp where i made my appointment.You could have called or messaged me the moment i made my appointment! This is totally unprofessional and unbecoming of a dental practitioner.
I've had to rush from work in order to attend the said appointment and it took up a huge chunk of my time, which I don't really want to waste on trivial matters such as cancelled dental appointments.
It has cost me a fair bit of money having to take a taxi just to arrive on time. And voila! Cancelled right in front of my face just because "his day is already done". Spell incompetence.
I hope no one experiences this outrage after me. May this review deter clients from booking further to your dental clinic.

" This clinic is really horrible, especially doctor sng who had gone missing. The staffs and the doctors there is not only irresponsible and they don't really care about the patients. Not recommended and should avoid this clinic if anyone want to do their braces here. Is a bloodsucking and just money minded clinic which had only minimal experience on the field. They don't even have a proper system to track all the patients status while they do it manually. Not to mention the staff there r freaky dumb too. I plan to report them to case. Google doctor sng and u will see he was charge in court because of his mistake make during work. Beware of this clinic. I am a patient there and I had been con, lots of money paid to them and they didn't even complete a good job. Please shut down Wh dental and save us the trouble "

The Dentist totally not experienced ... anyhow adjust my teeth and it goes wrong and fix wrong and fix again and again for about 3 years now... I have to take it because already paid... vomit blood

" Worst dental clinic ever! Imagine how shocked I was when i arrived and the clinic was CLOSED when I already booked an appointment with them last week! This is my first time going to this clinic and this happened. Receptionist is not only rude, she didn't even bother to call and inform! Also, there is no fixed opening hours meaning they open for business as and well they feel like it. Unbelievably bad service and very unreliable! They don't even deserve a single star. "
