" On 19 Jan Wed night, I asked about returns as I was not sure if I should post it or if I could go down physically to make an exchange. You replied the next day that I should return it by 24 Jan but when I asked about how the credits will be given and if I could return it physically, you did not reply me on Friday and Saturday. I checked in for an update on 23 Jan Sunday and explained that it was impossible for me to post the return by 24 Jan by then. You replied on 24 Jan Mon night that I could only post it even though I was ready to make the trip down and extended the deadline to 26 Jan Wed. Even if I posted it the next day 25 Jan, this "extended deadline" would be impossible to meet. I still do not know how my credits will be refunded. It's not that I am unwilling to return the item. I am trying to do so but you are making it very difficult for the customer. Although I only paid $25 for the dress and can absorb the costs, this has been a very unpleasant experience. There has been no acknowledgement of my feedback until now. "
