We wanted a bright and modern home, also we emphasized on the built-in wardrobe and how it functioned for storage and concealment. As we are mostly clueless about what we want, Kelly was very patient and honest giving us many suggestions. We appreciate how candid she is and despite having many other projects on hand, she is able to handle our queries. We really trust her taste very much.
When there are problems that crop up, she is quick to respond and fix them. She has a good relationships with her contractors and that has helped to ensure a smooth renovation process. In fact, our house was completed a few weeks earlier than she promised, which was a pleasant surprise.
All in all, while her busy schedule may require us to be more accommodating, we definitely did not regret engaging her and are very satisfied with our house! "
