Finally Mr Stanley Hoi and his workers from Proof-Tech did several test and managed to identify source of leak. Mr Stanley explained the process of repair and quoted a price for me to decide on the repair job.
Very reasonable price for the massive job.
The leak was eventually solved and Mr Stanley made additional follow up visit to ensure the job was properly done.

As it was a big project, we got a few quotations from various companies. We ended up choosing Prooftech because of Stanley. Stanley gives good service and advice. With him managing your project, you will feel confident that it will be done well. He even told the workers to treat my house as their own and give their best effort. He would take the trouble to mix the paint colour to make sure that the colour was as close to the original colour. When we realized that the workers had missed out painting a ledge after several months later, we called him. Immediately, he apologised and got his workers to complete the painting. He takes pride in his work. Highly recommended. "
