" Best zoo ever. I visited both during the day and at night which totally worth my time and money. They also had some performance at the entrance which I liked so much. The animals seem to be happy and the zoo was well maintained. They had timed animal performances but you have to be really organized to make them, I think I made it to 2 or 3 of them. I loved the white tigers, the rhinos and the giant turtles the most. The night safari is a totally different experience and very well planned. "

" Very nice zoo, can tram if you want to around the park. But to be honest if you don't mind the weather I would walk. You see so much more and can take your time. Some of the viewing rooms are air-conditioned some just have fans. There is also plenty of room to get a look in. While walking around always look up the orangutans roam free and sometimes need to go, if you know what I mean. :) "

" A nice zoo with good entertainment concepts. It can be really crowded at times but probably with the future expansion it will be much better. It is my second visit in the last 3 years and not much have change. Looking some of the animals in real life can be a huge exhilarating experience. The Lions, white tigers, elephants, ostrich, giraffe, giant turtles are magnificent animals to see and admire. Area is huge and can be quite exhausting if one is not used to walking around a lot. For those people they have paid tour busses that go around the area if you feel like relaxing a bit. There are at least one proper restaurant and a couple snack stands. Place is nice, well maintained and clean. "

" Singapore zoo is a little bit out of the city, but well worth the trip. Would recommend avoiding weekends and other holidays because it can get very busy. There are so many things to explore at the zoo, including a number of walk through enclosures. It is well equipped with good facilities such as bathrooms and water bottle refilling stations. Would highly recommend to everyone. "

Stroller rental is available for kids that makes life hell lot easier. We loved the dinosaur theme park was so realistic. " Surely one of the best zoo's in the World. Excellent and clean environment, lots of efforts made to simulate animals natural habitat. Information and shows conducted are very nice and kids love this place... There are options for food and tram services to go around the huge area. One area of improvement would be to have the timing of the shows, feeding time of animals in a particular route so that people can cover all attractions. The best part of the Zoo that my son loves is the Water play area and I don't wonder why !! Wish I was a kid when I visited this place "

" Lots of shaded walkways and rest areas.huge variety of animals in big yet visible enclosures. signage especially within smaller areas and paths could be improved. Food variety and quality could be better especially considering the cost. Otherwise really a great day out whether you enjoy viewing animals or not. "

" Reptile section has been revamped, worth a visit. Exhibits and shows are educational and efforts are made to educate the public on wildlife conservation. That's great! It's just too crowded during the school holiday weekends. Best to come during term time, on weekdays. Minus one star for the crowd, makes me not want to linger around long at the exhibits to read in detail. "

" Awesome place to spend a whole day here.The zoo, Night Safari and River Safari. Night Safari is the best. You can enjoy the world of Nocturnal Animals. Make sure you do a walk inside the zoo even if you do a tram ride first as the trams wont take you to every nook and corners of the zoo. Go for the 7 pm show for Night safari.Make sure to opt for express pas if you are visiting on a busy weekend. Best to visit on a Friday as it have some special shows that day.But if you want little more calm or peace environment go for some other week day. Zoo is also awesome there are more animals in the zoo than in Night Safari. "

" It is a place you wouldn't want to miss when visiting Singapore. Please try to be here at opening hours as you wouldn't want to miss the feeding time of various animals. Feeding of elephants, Rhino, giraffes and etc are allowed. If it is raining, proceed to buy a ticket to enter the River Safari to see Giant Panda. " By far one of my most favorite zoos in the world. They continue to expand and bring fresh ideas and opportunities to see and interact with amazing animals. Try the Rhino feeding by getting there around 1 PM. Go about 30 minutes before the elephant show to see an elephant paint, and make sure to position yourself at the proper seats for elephant feeding. Get tickets and walk the River Safari, especially during a downpour. This place is amazing! "

" Very well maintained zoo with a very immersive experience with a lot of exotic animals the zoo is quiet big so if your planing to do just a zoo day it is perfect for that.
Sadly it's not totally under cover so be careful of rain or you could just bring a umbrella if you want.
They also have food inside and outside of the zoo so your not going to be short of snacks or a meal, they also have a tram service free of charge that takes you around the zoo if you don't feel like walking as well.
This zoo like many others have shows for the animals as well which happen at different times around the park and the times don't clash with one another so you can go see them all if you fancy a animal show.

" Great zoo experience! Some compounds provide a close experience, so that you can almost touch the animals. The elephant show was superb. Other animal feedings through out the entire park are offered at different times per day. The signs and explanations for the animals are informative and nicely designed. All of them are available in English.
The zoo offers a tram ride with audio guide for a fee of 5 S$.
Washrooms were nicely designed where you can your hands in jungle atmosphere. "
