" Paid $30 for delivery only to wait for 1 week for it to be delivered and they use Qxpress for delivery. Sucha rip-off to be paying $30 for Qxpress. Received a text stating that my item had been shipped but it was only shipped 4 days later and that’s after I had to personally message them and ask them about it. If I know this was gonna happen, I would’ve just done a self collection but the website doesn’t have an option for self collection so I got no choice but to use the “Seller Delivery : $30” option. It would be great if they could include a self collection option. "
