The next day, however, I received another email saying they didn't have the order on stock (even though this appeared to be on stock at the moment of purchase). Rather than fix the problem they had created (as I would have ordered it elsewhere had they set the right expectation) they decided not to respond until 6 weeks later when I called them and asked what was going on. They response? they asked me if I wanted ti delivered the next day!!! I told them they need to do better in their customer service, set the right expectation, and refund my money asap. Terrible experience, highly unreliable. "

- The delivery process appears sloppy with missing and damaged items.
- The company falsely advertised "case" of beer when it was actually individual bottles of beer with 6 months to expiry (not usually normal with all other beers sold at full price) "

" Ordered a carton of Erdinger beforehand CNY and asked for the expiry date before I purchased. Received a reply saying that they do not sell near expiration date beer and the next expiry date is Sep 2018 hence I bought and true enough, they came with expiry in Sep 2018. Thinking that they can be trusted, I decided to purchase another carton of Erdinger and added 24 cans of Suntory beer without checking the expiry date. When items were delivered, the carton of Erdinger are in may 2018 while Suntory are on 31st March 2018. I questioned them on the statement indicated on their website, indicating that they do not sell near expiration date items and why r the Suntory beer expiry in March then. All I got was they are the same batch supplied by their supplier. The least you can do is to be honest to your purchaser and not indicate on your website that they are not near expiration date. If 31st March is not near expiration when I purchase it on 2nd March, I dunno what is. "

" I ordered on 31st dec for 1st Jan, on 1st Jan i get a call saying that if you want your order today then it will cost 10% extra, which they couldn't mention on their site So i asked for delivery on 2nd Jan and till today i haven't received my package. Thank god i didn't do the card payment and opted for cash on delivery. "

" Terrible service! orders are not even delivered at the latest estimated time, without any follow up at all of the location of the goods, or even an accurate time period of delivery. No compensation of the extremely late delivery either.
The webpage itself has some bugs, where even after changing the item amounts from the list would result in the same price till you refresh the page. I was even told by the staff that there was a ''system error'' that put my order from 12.30 to 4pm time period to 6pm to 10's. "
