The whole place smells like bug poison.
I wonder what's wrong with people that rate this 5 stars. Even a cheap backpacker hotel in Vietnam or malaysia is far cleaner than this dump. "

" Near bus stop (bef sultan mosq), a bit far from MRT (lavender). Many halal foods around. Family room is ok with 2 queen bed, no window. Need to deposit 20sgd for keyroom and will refund when check out. Lift is not so good, i usually used lift but this was make me lil bit scare. Cleaning service ok, they change towel, tidy up our bed also room. Woman staff can speak Melayu. "

" It was cold the moment we went into the room. They had already turned on the aircon long before we checked in. Then we turned on the lights, it was dim. Totally opposite of what they had advertised on the website. The room wasn’t properly cleaned too. I saw strands of hair on the floor.
Next I checked the toilets and there are so many small cockroaches crawling on the floor, wall and as well as the toilet bowl. The toilet condition is really bad. Stains are all over the wall.
What’s even worst is those cockroaches are crawling on the bed too. I do not want to be sleeping with them and causing me to see doctor the next day.
I told myself, this is my limit and we returned the room. The reception lady told us that we need to pay even though we are not staying in it. It’s their hotel policy.
So don’t make the same mistake like us. "

" Not happy with the stay. Room was dirty and the table and the bed had ants on it, which made the sleep not possible. Also a cherry on top, a giant cockroach who I named Stewie (dont recommend interrupting him; may bite or crawl in your mouth during your sleep). We are not done yet though, the toilet was literally underneath the shower, so make your assumptions. 10/10 would be homeless again. "

" Regreting my decision staying here..i asked for twin bed but they gave me double bed. And i guess i pay for the room with window because the staff say they will move me when the room with window avaliable. I don't mind small room but it's hardly acceptable when it's dark, and dirty (hair...hairs everywhere...!!) "
