Jonathan proceeded to hook up my new avr in accordance to my home speaker configuration and got it tested.

" Very patient and super knowledgeable people. I took my time auditioning a pair of speakers. My whole experience took about 2 hours.
Very transparent about their pricing. Next to the speakers, we also spoke about amplifiers, their technologies. They know the brands history they carry and why they carry these brands. It is because of the pairing between speakers and amplifier.
I had a budget in mind and they fitted it perfectly. They even let me try different amplifiers. All I can say, I was there to listen to music. But instead they made me feel the music. Simply amazing. Highly recommended shop if you are in the market for some gear.

" Bought a denon avr x2600h from alpha online. Needed a set of floor speakers to match the avr I bought. Went down to alpha during weekend with friends. Johnaton Chan was very friendly and helpful. He set up Elac debut F5.2 and Q-acoustic 3050i to let us have a listen to. I asked to try triangle borea br7 and he never hesitate to set up for us. Eventually, I bought the borea br7. Really impressed with the level of customer service provided. Will definitely recommend this shop and patronise them again. "
