Generally, though we are similar in traits like all other common logistics provider, but we apply and adopt different means and ways to serve customers with the objectives to eradicate customers' issues to complete their deliveries for imports, with hassle-free freight management at their end from the process of order-fulfillment, to delivery and shipment coordination with their suppliers at origin to maintaining their inventory level at our hub in SG, to last-mile delivery to their plant where the imports are required. This service is what we call Total Freight Management, and it encompasses the scope of documents formulation and monitoring, matching and complying to the timeline when the imports are required to be delivered at destination, coordinating the shipment with the multiple-parties such as the following:• Carriers.• Document compliance with Tax-authorities.• Export and import or transshipment documentary requirements with the relevant tax-authorities and agencies.• Inland transportation at origin and destination.In a nutshell, customers just need to furnish us a copy of their POs for their imports to Suppliers, and we will do the rest. This allows the Customers to maintain peace of mind, and just wait for their imports to arrive at their doorstep, based on:a. The type of supplies they require.b. Specific Timeline when they require the imports to arrive at their doorstepThe whole idea is to allow customers to take ownership of their imports with informed knowledge of when to replenish their stocks, since we will be managing their inventories in our transshipment hub in SG, and perform the last-mile deliveries, at their own schedules for them to manage overall operating expenses, and drive down unnecessary point-to-point costs.
