" Yesterday was my first visit the shop and have the treatment,and this is a very bad experience,the ratio of customer and staff is unbalance, the staff said will not have scalp analysis this time coz they are short handed, but it's my first time to do the treatment, how come don't have any scalp analysis?? The staff is not guiding or explain the product/treatment to me,just put on the treatment. And blow my hair not even half dry, then tell me it's done, I touch my hair,just ask me need to blow my hair all dry?
