Biz IQ Academy, "WSQ ATO" is co-founded by Alex Bong, Lily Tan and Iris Quek. We are a group of Chartered Accountants. We started this passion of inspiration to become professional trainers after conducting in-house training to some companies.Without second thought, Iris Quek has taken the ACTA from IAL, and gain experience in many success strategies.Our goal and mission is to deliver value to organization through practical skills and knowledge to empower the learner competency in their workforce at all levels. We are open and approachable to promote culturally inclusive learning environment and apply appropriate strategies in resolving ethical dilemmas in training. We are willing to share our knowledge and experience with our learners and show understanding, enthusiasm and consideration to our learners and to modify instructional strategies to suit our learners. We will also continually upgrade ourselves professionally to ensure our knowledge and skills are current and meet the needs of our learners.
