Cake shops, hawker centre, our favourite SKP, ValueDollar, and ABC shop, is here too..and JinTai mart to get your chinese medicine fix and baby products. Very convenient place to go. The other end of it is connected to Boon Keng mrt with mcdonald's too. KFC is at the opposite with DBS Bank and Singpost and other convenience stores and a few clinics. "

" A north-east line station locates in the middle of a residential area. Hidden gem for local food and artitechture. Just few steps from the station, you can easily find a fresh market where local food and fresh ingredients are sold. Two stations away from little india and downtown area. "

" Ban Heng Restaurant offers great deals of a la carte buffet for lunch & dinner. On top of this, 1 dines free with every 3 paying adults. This promotion excludes on Friday & eve of public holidays. Chef's recommendation for menu, one serving per dish should not ignore. There are other menu up to you to select. Complimentary famous French Cheese Cake is very good. Price is reasonable and good food. "

" Okay you need to train your ticket station employees to have more manners , they not helpful AT ALL, very RUDE, all of them do not know what they are doing, THEY ARE TERRIBLE AT THEIR JOB, useless sitting there if theyy don’t want to help customers, might as well put a large spongebob toy on the chair, the spongebob toy will be better at helping customers!!!!! "

" I feel that The staff at the ticket office are incredibly rude and racist, especially the old chinese singaporean guys, one of them had glasses, i felt my experience with them was so bad and they were just terrible in customer service and need retraining in customer service. I don’t even care if people are neutral, just don’t go out of your way to be INCREDIBLY RUDE. Rude!!! "

" Excellent MRT station with great shops nearby. Always able to grab the occasional bite whenever I head here. Can find almost anything important (and unimportant) at the retail hub. People are ever-friendly and lively. Always a joy to be here. "

" Avoid boarding with large objects between 7.45am to 9am during working days; you will not be able to board anyway because it's going to be very crowded. Quite centrally located so you may go to town easily. "
