The original concept of CHL emerged in 2014 with the founding of BACP. We believe that for an individual to be effective, there must be an underlying structure consisting of distinct pillars. These pillars, which form the bedrock of CHL, are Character, Communication, Compliance, Catalyst, Composure, and Compassion. Today, CHL isn't a formal entity. Instead, it serves as a platform where we consistently share and promote the concept of these 6Cs.
