" The service center is on the 4th floor, just walk straight from the car park. The service staff are very helpful and friendly. The shop itself is on the 2nd floor and well stocked with the brand's that they carry which include Korg and Martin guitars. "

" i had previously bought a amplifier which had some issues which i was not satisfied with and the city music staff were all very helpful in supporting the issues i faced. they allowed me to replace my amplifier with a different model which was a similar price and the whole transaction was smooth and easy. i would like to thank timothy for his great help in the issues i faced and even staying on abit after closing time to help me out. 10/10 would buy from here again "

" Do not use their delivery services, free or paid. Buy in-store or pick up in-store. They use dodgy last-mile delivery services with zero accountability. After sales service left bad impression. Avoid if other options are available. "

" Staff had very poor product knowledge, had no clue about stock, and had to go in and out of the office to get information for every question asked. It might be better to prepare a list of questions at one go to save you some time.
The staff attending to us also was very reluctant to show us the alternative colour of the piano bench they had in stock. Had to push a little more to get a photo of the bench.
To top it off, the other staff at the counter insisted that they will charge you a delivery fee if you purchase in store. You would be better off purchasing the item from their online platform on Shoppee. Staff was clueless on their communication on this.
Edit: Went back another time, and this time the staffs attending were polite and had the mind to direct questions to other staff who were more versed in the product.
But still.. Does not excuse the poor experience the first time around. "

Sales folks reali know their keyboards, digital pianos, arrangers,analog synthesizers, workstations from Korg.
One of their sales rep taught me a trick about complex split and layers years ago and I never looked at other brands for live play .
Another time I visited the showroom with no purchasing intention and another rep showed me nifty tricks about sequencing on the spot.
Truly great folks here who love their products.
(Korg workstations have arguebly the best interface and menus ,and sometimes for performance and demanding gigs ,a easy workflow beats other fanciful gimmicks from other brands. )
Very good aftersales service /tech support too!
Its very assuring that Singapore has a Korg retailer who understands and services their products with available parts and experienced technicians.
Tough gigging and touring ,transportation took its toll on my gear but citimusic always took care of that. :) "
