" Been attending physio sessions with Nicole. She is attentive when I shared about my symptoms and she knew exactly what the root of the problem was. She also takes the time to patiently address my queries whenever I raise them. My neck/head pain has been progressively getting better after each physio session here. " Core concepts is great and played a critical role to me bouncing back from injuries. Starting 2020 I’ve had a couple of serious injuries (neck, back, knee meniscus tear) and have been in physio rehab with them since. In particular, Liz who’s my physio has been very patient, attentive and really helped me with strength training exercises that allowed me to get back to squash, a highly dynamic and fast paced game, in a couple of months. I would absolutely recommend them! "

" From the reception to the therapist, they are friendly and nice. I was taught on a 2 steps stretching to strengthen my leg muscles that I can do it myself daily and It did help :) Will recommend to anyone who wish to have therapy sessions. "

" The physiotherapists and sports massage therapists are good in what they do. Customer service is only average in my opinion. Started visiting core concepts few years ago and I go back to them everytime I have an injury. However a recent bad experience with the customer service will make me think twice from now on. I wasn't informed of any package deals for sports massage until my third session. When I requested for a backtrack of the package, it was declined although its the fault of their customer service. Felt that they could have done more to compensate for the extra money that I paid instead of just giving a discount for the next two sessions I have with them. As a result i have to pay more compared to if they had informed me about the deal during my first appointment with them. Also the receptionist lied to the management because she told them that she informed me about the packages available when she definitely did not. Felt that they didn't really bother to make an effort to provide good and honest customer service.
Being able to make appointment via SMS is good but the replies are very slow. When I tried calling in to make appointments, the phonecalls weren't picked up most of the time. Sometimes they call back, others they don't. "

The therapists are seasoned professionals who also have a personal touch - a rare combination, in my opinion.
