" No regrets coming to core concepts to solve my chronic knee and ankle issues which has hounded me for years.
Elliot is extremely patient and astute in discerning my issues and giving a holistic approach to them - massaging the affected areas, suggesting temporary adjustments to my lifestyle and being very quick to point out that my fear of injury/movement is hindering more so than my injury. I was expecting a long recovery, arduous exercises and greater restrictions in my life but was surprised to have a speedy recovery, minimal but targeted exercises and greater freedom of movement.

The care they proved and exercises and advice have helped me so much, and my arm movements have really improved.
