On one hand, our approach overcomes the information gap in bank teams relative to credit investments teams at PE funds & investment banks, on other hand it ensures target clients do not pickup what the bank is measuring, avoiding moral hazard common in traditional credit approach (complex quants also block client information gaming). The relationship staff is re-skilled though targeted rapid L&D modules and case studies to enable them to sift through & collect sharp client/market information that feeds these models on periodic basis, to build a trend of client credit information.
