5weeks ago, laundry dryer broke.
Called 28 times but nobody pick up phone call.
I message to FB page, they replied me very promptly and repaired on the next day.

But... only after 5 weeks later of repairing, it burned again... very bad quality...

This time, I call only 4 times but nobody pick up again. I have already know making call to this company for nothing so I posted on FB again.

It seems reply me very quickly but actually it was a auto message so I send my detail 3 times but no reply, no call.

Very bad customer service, bad quality product And not skilful repairmen.

This brand product will frighten your life as I am really scare if i didn’t realise this burning plug and got fire...I have no idea they have a responsibility to sell the electrical HOME item to familles...
Very sad and disappointed.

wish someone contact me to arrange someone for repairing... "
