" Been there to do a comprehensive health screening, ECG and blood test before. Am impressed with their express check up services. The counter staff who are phlebotomist trained are pretty experience, she can draw blood for you without having to join the queue for the long wait to see the doctor. Change my perspective of the long waiting time that stated here in the review. "

" Always 1.5 hour to 2 hour wait at least.
When I finally reached home I realised they never gave me my MC. I called to inform them and they did not even apologise and just casually said okay you come down and collect this afternoon. As though I lived in the same building as the clinic and hadn't just cabbed home.
And the so-called "senior" I was handed off to blamed me for not asking for the MC during payment. They blamed the doctor as well. Ridiculous standard of "customer service". "

" Terrible waiting time of over 2 hours. had to look for another clinic around the vicinity. one doctor shuffles between laser and general diagnostic room. average waiting time per q number, 20 mins. "

" Extremely slow waiting time. Be it waiting for the GP or your medicines. Why haven't they improved on these despite countless reviews over the past few months? "

" The only reason I visit this clinic is because it's accessible and is open till late. The GPs are only interested in keying in what you say and don't care even to check the patient. One time after keying in the GP says it's a clear case of Acute Bronchitis, and when I ask about the symptoms, he tells me if I don't trust him I can check website of Asthma Allergy Association. Another time, the best answer of another GP was that based on earlier history - that your child already has Bronchitis - so you should wait it out with rest - all this while were were visiting for fever. So clueless. "

" Dr Lam is good but the queue management is horrible. Excruciatingly slow. Something needs to be done to the slow moving queue. Patients are already unwell yet made to sit there for hours waiting for their turn. "
