" This fairprice outlet has faulty shopping trolleys which almost caused an injury to someone who was in front of me at the travelator. The first trolley that I took this morning had a wheel that was broken, making it unpushable. So i changed to the second trolley, but the wheels of second trolley were not smooth too but I thought I would just bear with it. After shopping, with at least 30kg of my heavy load shopping, on the travelator, to my great shock, it was sliding downwards rapidly towards a lady who was about about two meters in front of me. I had to pull the trolley so hard to stop it from sliding down uncontrollably that I had a muscle cramp on my calf! The lady also had a shopping trolley trolley in front of her. So if my trolley were to hit the lady, she would be sandwiched between two trolleys on the travelator! Pls ensure your trolleys are safe and leave no faulty ones for customers' use! "
