" Had a good Saturday afternoon muay Thai class with Martin. As it was my first time doing Muay Thai, he provided good basic introduction to the movements such as the kicks, knees and elbows.
The gym is new and there's air conditioning, so it smells and feels clean. There are 2 small showers available to use.
They offer other classes such as BJJ, krav maga, MMA boxing etc, so will come and try the other classes in the future. "
