Being a health conscious dessert lover, she was inspired to combine Wellness and Dessert into a modern luxury health-promoting lifestyle-- “Guilt-free Indulgence”

She likes the idea of being able to enjoy delicious food and at the same time increase the nutritional intake to maximize one’s health benefits.

She believed in educating people to make informed choices on what they consume and take responsibility of their own health; and to deliver the message that eating healthy could be effortless.
