" Whenever I feel like my life needs to be decluttered and organized, I come here and look at the acrylic boxes, the plastic drawers and all their cool products. And I end up buying nothing cos it's too expensive and I can get it cheaper online.

" I love Muji stores in general. Their products are always of good quality and well-designed.
But the staff at this branch are unhelpful. The clothes and shoes are arranged quite haphazardly, mostly according to colour and style but totally not according to size. It was very difficult to find what I was looking for.
When I wanted to ask a staff member for help, they all looked busy and unapproachable. I stopped one to ask about sizing for slippers, and she was very brusque and curt and didn't finish answering my questions before hurrying off into the staff area.
10/10 for products but 3/10 for service. "

" They have basically expanded into the neighbor shoplots and now stock much more items all round. Perfect if you subscribe to higher quality and well thought out daily necessities. Beyond the stationary, things tend to be a bit more expensive. "
