" Decided to purchase 2 sets of mobile phone for my parents to replace their current Xiaomi phones which were quite worn out. As I was not able to confirm the phone model during my initial visit; I decided to take a break and check out other brands as well. Subsequently, I went back to the Mi store again, and it was just about their closing time when I was making my payment. Jojo, the sales personnel who served me earlier shown much enthusiasm, knowledgeable and patiently gave a quick comparison on the functionality of the phones that were being displayed. It was one of the reasons that I decided to take a second look and went back to Mi Store again to make the purchase. Jojo helped me to check and ensure that the camera settings are displayed well when being switched on. Her warm attitude and professionalism is a trait that has been missing in retail industry. And I noticed too - she got a great smile! "
