" I am writing here due to a week of calling with no response so here it is.

I have not received any communication after paying this deposit and I have now asked twice for a refund of the deposit. I will submit this to CASE and Small Claims Court.

This company was insistent on collecting the money but I have heard nothing. My move date is in a couple of weeks and now I am having to arrange with another company on short notice.

I tried calling the numbers for both sales and moving - no one answers the phone or calls.

Please update me once the refund of when the deposit will be returned. "
