" Extraction of two lower tooth (fourth row from front tooth) cost $224.70 with no CHAS subsidy.
While extraction of wisdom tooth only cost me $100.40 with CHAS subsidy.
Extraction of normal tooth(upper row fourth tooth from wisdom tooth) only cost me $51.65 with CHAS subsidy.
After complain about why no CHAS subsidy and overcharging a few times, no investigation nor explanation was given.
For my effort, I receive warning letter from Accolade Advisory Asia Pte Ltd to paid the bill. "

" Paid $128 for emergency as wisdom tooth was causing face swelling and pain in ear. Was sent home only with mouth wash and ibuprofen. Did not manage to get a surgery date and after calling them about 15 times, they told me that I have to wait till January. Waste of time and money. "

" The doctors and nurses are very professional and they treat dental issues that the usual dental clinic cant treat, example sensitive gums. It is next door to health promotion board and share the same basement car park. The clinics are spacious and clean and well maintain.
There a small coffee kiosk outside health promotion board lobby if you need to have a coffee fix "

March appointment moved to April, April appointment moved to May, May moved to August.
Don't even have the courtesy to contact me for the last 2 changes and only send SMS. Called to ask only been told the reason doctor not available. Customer service didn't even know I wanted to arrange for surgery for a unknown lump on the lips which doctor mentioned to perform a biopsy to identify.
So if something happened to me due to this, then......... (Fill in the blanks!!)

" Went early and waited for my appointment. Ended up waiting extra 15 minutes despite being there early. Next, the dentist is really funny, asking me one question several times. Can you, as a dentist, listen to the patient properly?
Even worse, quote the price arrogantly. People, please just go to private dental clinic with reputable reviews. At least the dentists and staff will treat you nicely. What a joke national dental centre.
No wonder the harsh and poor reviews. Waste my time, energy and MONEY. "

" My goodness are the counter staff rude. I went today and not only did they not tell me the procedure for signing up, they nearly cancelled my appointment without telling me! I had to ask for myself half an hour after I arrived, terrible service. If not for the fact that this is literally the only NDC around I would go elsewhere. The doctors were fine though. "

" Great service by all the administrative staff at levels 2, 3 and 4. Was my first time down for wisdom tooth extraction and had many questions, which they kindly helped me with. :)
From my 3 visits spanning the 3 levels, I observed that all the doctors were busy with their schedules fully packed. Nonetheless, Dr Andrew Tay and his team at level 3 showed utmost care and reassurances during my surgery. Didn't get to thank Dr Tay as he was immediately off to another patient. The pain was minimal and I was back to work the following day as I had hoped. :)
My followup at level 2 was a stark contrast. A young doctor ran inconclusive tests and sent me off saying my appointment was scheduled for only 15min! I waited outside and realised her assistant didn't even pass my queue chit to the counter. Had to seek a second opinion at ToaPayoh Polyclinic to allay my concerns. :( "

They didn't, after about 5 workings days even. I had to keep calling them back until someone eventually picked up. Experience isn't good and shows how low they prioritize you. " Came to NDC for emergency treatment. Staff over the counter saw my serious condition n did explained to me the wait 2 - 4 hours. I accepted it and waited for my turn. Waited 2 hours was pretty reasonable. Saw Dr Julia Tan and his team. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Very kind and patient, he explained to me in details of my conditions n treatments. He had been very gentle and prepared me. He applied some creams to numb the area first before plant the huge injection. Hence I did not feel any major pain at all. His nurse and counter staffs did their jobs very well. Keep it up and good job👍👍👍 "

" NDCS rescheduled my private apointment 2 times at their convenience and changed my appointment from 1.30 to 3.15pm without even informing me. I had to wait two hours for nothing. Was informed that doctor was having a meeting. But the consultation room was occupied 🤔🤔🤔🤔
A little courtesy works a long way.
However, the counter staffs at level 6 are nice and friendly. Special thank to miss Priscilia Chan who is alwsys smiling and keen to serve. "

" Waiting time to get an appointment for any dentistry work done can be from 4 to 12 months. Dentists and staffs are generally helpful and approachable.
However, they don't really follow strictly on the appointment time. Thus, expect longer waiting time at the clinic of at least a couple of hours.
FYI: Majority of the dental officers are young. They will consult their senior doctors only when they need advise. "

I went to the Polyclinic for a referral letter.
When i was at NDC, they mentioned that I would be on a waiting list for one year.
This year I had a few gums issue and I was tired of waiting I decided to see the specialist at NDC.
When I check the pricing it was too expensive....Finally ( in August) I went to Novena Specialist Centre using my CHAS card with a discount.
I wonder how the destitute family has to wait for this services ......I am so sorry for them..... "
