The place itself has a nice ambience and is clean+new. You will be asked to go for a consultation. This is where the caveats come in. There are many treatments available, some FDA approved and some not. You will need to know exactly what you want or you will be recommended treatments that may not be necessary. The treatments will be charged at super high prices per session and you will be encouraged to take up a package (which reduces the prices to market range). This package will only be available for first timers so you will feel the pressure to purchase. While there is some selling, overall the doctor did not push and was pleasant throughout. She was also v knowledgeable and friendly. The service is great, and I have only removed a star because of the pre-requisite knowledge required.
The hair growth treatment itself was comfortable. It's a red light treatment + oxygen cleansing of the scalp- relatively simple but good for maintaining scalp health. If you are looking for drastic hair loss reduction, this is definitely not the best treatment, but if like me, you are trying to prevent further hair loss, this is good value for money. "

" 2 Star for Cleanliness. Saw the Ads on Instagram for R6 Eye Firming Treatment so I booked an appointment and Pay Deposit online because I’m really considering to sign for package. The front desk was ok, except for not updating me that she received my online form and she just let me keep waiting there. The consultant come which is CN, cannot converse much in English and hand me over to therapist. Therapist shared other services that they provide while doing the treatment. She point out some other issues on my face like my freckles which I told her not really a concern for me. The session only last for less than 15 mins which I feel a bit rush. So obviously I’m not satisfied with the service so I told the consultant I’m not taking the package and she responded “Ok lah” in a rude tone and she continue to mumbled. "
