" Went to Nicole's Cafe with five of my girlfriends for a special birthday celebration and we had an amazing experience. Everything was truly outstanding and delectable. From the ambiance to the food and the service, the details and good vibes you get from this place is truly magical. We tried various drinks and dishes, as well as a custom order strawberry flower cake which made the birthday girl so happy, it was dreamy looking and truly the right touch on the icing. We can't wait to go visit again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! "

" I have been here twice and both times was super crowded, to be fair I'm not sure why this place is even so popular. There is no social distancing, the staff do not care if customers take out their masks. This is the only eatery that I know of that does not enforce safety. Even the owner walks around and sits at her desk without a mask on.
Service is slow but it is due to the lack of manpower. The staff is not able to keep up with the crowd , turnover is slow but food is good. Order queue takes awhile as there is only one cashier and she has to prepare food from what I observed. With the kind of crowd there should at least be 2 more service staff, much common sense to ensure nobody is overworked.
I ordered flowers in early May for Mother's Day and there was an issue that was not resolved. Decided to give the business a last chance so I visited the cafe for meals but I understand why my flower order went wrong. There is no management and communication. Based on how the F&B is operating, the staff are probably overworked and cannot handle orders. "
