I learnt so much about my body (& my poor habits :p). Vanessa was quick to point out what she has observed from my movements & shared simple exercises & breathing patterns for me to work on. " All the staffs and therapists are very professional and prompt in responding. The treatment really solves the many issues we have from each family member, and also given practical tips to do the right stretching procedure at home. Highly recommended if you have joint and muscle pains from desk job or sport injury. "

" After 5 years, they were finally able to figure out my back problem after just one session. It was really helpful and informative. It's not cheap but would be worth for those who have long term injuries that they aren't able to recover from. "

" Trusted Ostepaths who are experienced and knowlegable. They are able to assess and advice on my overall health issues then just treating me on my single condition. Though I am a heavy lady, they were able to loosen my muscles providing relief and better movment. Together with their service staff provided a good supportive environment for my recovery. Advice and support was always available through phone and sms when I was bedridden from my slipped disc condition. Wished I had come them earlier than have my condition worsen by other therapists elsewhere. "
