" At age 54, this was my first experience with physical therapy. I came because after numerous falls and various traumas to my body over the course of my lifetime, I was beginning to experience decreased mobility. At age 54, I bought a cane to take the weight off my left leg. But, I decided I was too young to accept decreased mobility. So, 10 months ago, I started coming to Singapore (from Java) to get chiropractic treatment. But, after 4 week-long visits to the chiropractor, I still felt like something was missing in my treatment. I now know what was missing: Ms. Pia's deep muscle massage. I think Ms. Pia was able to identify every muscle, from my lower back through to the hip then down to the knee on my left side, that was locked up and not functioning properly, thus causing limited stretch leading to a weakening of my left leg and muscles pulling in the left knee. I've never experienced such relief in 35 minutes of treatment. It's the first time in 10 months that I see light at the end of this tunnel. I'm celebrating what God has done through Ms. Pia. I still have work to do, stretching and strengthening exercises, but I feel I've turned a corner in treatment thanks to the skilled therapists at Physioclinic, Heal 360. "
