" I would highly recommend Pilatique if you're looking for a teacher training course! My instructor, Melissa, is extremely knowledgable and approachable. Despite my lack of knowledge in anatomy, she broke it down to make it easy to understand and relatable. Her bubbly personality made lessons fun, and created a wonderful environment to learn in. "

" I decided to try out pre-natal pilates at Pilatique after suffering a bad pelvic injury which prevented me from my usual workout regime. My personal instructor, Sylvia, developed a plan for me which focused on rehabilitation, body strengthening and spine stabilization. Over several sessions, I could feel improvement around the injury area and I also became more aware of my body + posture. I continued with post-natal pilates after delivery and benefited tremendously as my body began to recover and strengthen.
What I like about Pilatique include the comfortable studio, friendly staff, well-trained instructors (aka Sylvia) and its philosophy around educating clients on pilates. I would definitely recommend Pilatique to anyone who is looking for a low-impact form of exercise or is just curious about this practice. "
