From day 1 they have helped me with my recovery from severe muscle tears in my back. It's been 4 weeks now and I can feel the difference with each visit. They also send you a convenient calendar invite and reminders before each appointment as well as email you an invoice after each visit. This is really useful in claiming from insurance (CIGNA) as it means I can submit claims on the same day.

" Pooja is an excellent physiotherapist. I especially appreciate her very clear instructions and explanations of the rationale of different treatments and exercises. She plainly has a deep knowledge of physiology and has been helpful in explains not only what to do but what NOT to do, as some movements or exercises are inappropriate for particular conditions. I have seen very good results for frozen shoulder and wish I had commenced getting therapy sooner. "
