" Have been coming to Rapid Physiocare Novena for about 8 months for issues with my knees. My experience has been excellent throughout- from the care and patience demonstrated by my physiotherapist, Chloe, to the warm and friendly service by the staff at the reception desk. Chloe has been consistently reviewing my recovery progress and encouraging me to do more within my comfort levels. Her cheerfulness has uplifted my spirits as well. The reception staff have also done an excellent job in processing all my transactions smoothly. Keep it up!! Highly recommended! "

" The therapist, Chloe, was clear in her directions and explain the reasons behind the different steps that she was doing in the process. This helped me to understand the issues with my knee and what I can do to improve my condition. After a few sessions, there was great improvement with my knee. The reception staff were also friendly and ready to address my questions. "

" I was attended by physio Ms Chloe Lee. She was professional and explained each and every procedure and exercise calmly and clearly. It took time, but eventually i got better and was able to walk better after a few sessions. She was also very friendly, making small talk every now and then.
I also like that the physio here works closely with the orthopedic doctor, so that they can together diagnose and prescribe the correct therapy. Keep up the good job guys! "
