COMMERCIAL LAW & CORPORATE LAW

Our Commercial & Corporate Law Practice provides a comprehensive range of commercial and corporate legal services including incorporation, company secretarial, acquisition and disposal of shares and businesses, joint ventures, compliance, business and corporate restructuring.

We also provide registered office and named Company Secretary and also assist with applications for employment pass, work permit, permanent residence and other immigration matters.

We draft, review, advise and render legal opinions on commercial agreements like shareholders and subscription agreements, agency, franchising, licensing, concessionary agreements, contracts for sale and supply of goods and services, employment, management, services, consultancy, e-commerce, confidentiality, media, publishing and publication agreements, partnership agreements and other commercial transactions.

Our Estate & Trusts Practice provides a wide range of services to meet the need for personal financial planning including creation of trusts, re-organising of personal assets, asset protecting from economic and business risks, arranging for the transfer of assets to beneficiaries and advising on the duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trustees and executors.

A trust is essentially a wealth management tool which can fulfill a wide range of objectives including increasing the confidentiality of asset ownership, enhancing the protection of assets, assuring the orderly succession of a business or estate, mitigating estate and other tax exposure, maximising investment opportunities.

PROBATE & LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION

We also assist our clients in the application for Probate and Letters of Administration, re-sealing of foreign Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, distribution of a deceased's estate and the resolution of disputes between beneficiaries and creditors.
