Managed by membership-poaching staff, incompetent and complacent towards real needs of gardener-customers. They have no clue what are they there for - no knowledge of product or even it's price.
The payment counter can keep you waiting for hours while fumbling for price tag clumsily. In my last visit, spent 30 minutes in queue behind just one other customer. Not that the staff didn't notice or approach me, but just to check if I was holding membership! Inconsideration towards members being kept waiting unnecessarily comes as normal to the staff.
Such a waste of what-could-be an amazing place!
Been there a few times and even took membership. Unfortunately, the place so huge does not do justice to the people visting - the variety of flowers and plants is ever-declining and staff seems clueless or rather uninspired about stock replenishment.
Hope the Management wakes up to such feedback and gets it's acts together. "

The interns, I presume, are also not properly trained - unable to offer help when required, often using phones and/or talking amongst themselves. Having been to various nurseries in Singapore, I will recommend others over Sing See Soon for both value for money and customer experience. "

" Wide varieties of plants and herbs. Very good customer service. She can remember every single plant and explained them well. Very passionate abt plants herself. Nice spacious area and easy to walk around. Would highly recommend this place. Free delivery for orders above $100. "
