III. Brand development/rebranding – Assisting existing business with furthering their current operations through the implementation of effective branding and marketing strategies
IV. Business Planning – our team of experts will compile comprehensive documentation to ensure the operational success of the venture.
V. Increasing profitability through efficiency and streamlining of the business - To maximum profitability of current business model. This will include development of policy and procedure, (financial, guest focused )training plans and operations manuals to ensure that the business unit can be easily run and is scalable along with revenue management techniques to assist in maximizing revenue capture opportunities.
VI. Mystery shopper – Anonymous checking of operations with detailed reports provided to ensure that operations are being run effectively.
I. Product development – Formulation and design of food and beverage offerings that are in line with establishment concepts while also delivering on profit margins
II. Loyalty program – Design and implementation of loyalty programs to assist in the generation of incremental revenue
III. Management – Takeover of daily operations including installing management structure and staffing with a view to improving operations and preparing the business for rebrand or sale. This can be conducted on both short term and long term contracts.
