" My hubby and I were at Tangs Vivocity on 1 May at 11.15am. Excellent service was experienced from start to end. Was at the pots section buying pots and helped by a kind Chinese female staff (which we forgot to check her name) and Ben. Followed by when we bought a tissue holder. An elderly Chinese female staff served us. (Again we forgot to check her name). And finally Edmond helped to transfer the bulky items that we bought to our car. Very courteous, patient and helpful service from all. A big thank you for the excellent service. - Zaid and Lina. "

" Outrageous prices! Wanted a scooter, on sale at two other stores for 1,099 but didn't have the colour we wanted. Went to Tangs who had it, but asking 1,399 for the same thing. Won't waste time in future.... "

" I bought a cheap bag from the department store and I wanted to use Samsung pay. The sales lady told me that it never worked and they've tried that before. This is certainly not true because last week I used Samsung pay on this same store and it worked. Worst is that she didn't even wanted me to try it even if I insisted. "
