" I been there for trial. Since from the moment i step in to the clinic. Talk to the therapist, and the treatment given. What i was told,the heat will penetrate deep into my shoulder. But from getting in to the clinic and till the night. I was still in pain and i don't find any hot or heat feeling. And most important, i don't think it really help. The infrared goes into your deep skin. I still think you need do massage or any other treatment to really help you on the pain. If by infrared alone, i think it doesn't help at all.wasting time and money. I don't recommend. "
