" I ordered two Soft Serve Floats and one came first, so for a second I wondered if I had placed the right order/if the staff got my order right. He told me that another one was coming, so I waited patiently.
I didn’t touch the cup on the counter but DURING this time, the swirl of the first cup’s ice cream started to topple and I couldn’t do anything besides catch it with my palm to save it. Within seconds it had melted and dripped all over my palm, the tray, the counter and the floor, with other customers around me - and the staff - looking on. I had to ask him for an empty cup before he gave it to me and by then almost 2/3 of the ice cream was already gone.
I was struggling with my hands full of dripping ice cream and soaked serviettes when the second cup arrived. The other staff member that brought it to the counter saw/heard(?) what had happened and simply said in a harsh tone, “This is not for takeaway” and I was just ????? because never once did I mention anything about taking away or eating in. The first staff that served me didn’t ask me that question either. And the first cup’s ice cream toppled BEFORE the second cup was even ready so what was the point of that sentence? Was I supposed to finish the first cup while standing in front of the cash register? Or both cups?
When I could finally bring the floats and empty cup to another corner of the counter, the second cup’s ice cream toppled and dripped too. Everything was happening again a second time.
The taste of the tea and the ice cream were fine, the concept’s nice, but the design/packaging of the final product is terrible. The tall swirl of ice cream was simply floating on the surface and ice cubes (yes I know it’s a Float but there was no dome lid over the top) and simply picking the soft plastic cup up would cause everything to overflow. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience. "

" I had a quick and simply meal there in late Nov. I really wanted to try the dessert more than the main course. So I order a small milk tea toast. The bread is well toasted then topped with Thai milk tea ice-cream and some very nice toppings. The ice-cream is aromatic and creamy, tasted very much like the milk tea. The toast is hard on the outside but soft and chewy inside. I like it! As for my main course, I had a chicken dish with rice. It's pretty plain for me but I appreciated that the dish is warm and tasted fresh. I have asked for a much smaller portion of rice. I will certainly be back for the desserts again! "
