" a bit pricey, especially for walk-in consultations. depending on when you arrive, you have to pay an extra fee on top of the consultation fee. while the advice given by the vet is comprehensive and clear, the rates are rather exorbitant. we were given confusing advice by the staff / interns at the counter (with one of them forgetting to tell us to keep the antibiotics in the fridge). "

" After 5 years of going to Dr. Tan, i came to know that if you use his time for over 15 mins your consultation fees can go over $100. Please put this on the board outside your office so that everyone knows the fees break up.
I also had a question mark as i asked him if he can reccomend a vet for a second opinion for my dog and his response was that he was the only Post graduate vet in Singapore and non of the others are close to his qualification.????? Really in Singapore.
Thank you, Dr. Tan for your services for which i paid a bomb cause i trusted you but after sharing the cost you have been charging me for the past 5 years i am sure i was taken for a ride because i am an expat in Singapore.
To the rest of you out there be careful annd don't make the same mistake as i did. "

" Extremely expensive relative to normal vets. Was charged 300+ for a normal ear infection which included a 100$ consult fee.
Also, the ear solution he gave was not even large enough for one use and I was charged astronomical amounts for it. "

Recently we had a mishap with our pet relocation company and Dr Tan went way above and beyond to find us an new agency, and ensure our cats are ready to move back to Australia. A true professional who provides outstanding service. "
