" Really incompetent travel agency! Customer service staff is arrogant! I had a heated argument with one of the lady there! Worst service I've ever encountered! If you're looking to apply for China visa through them, don't bother and please do yourself a favour to go find any travel agency around China town. It'll save u time and hassles for repeat visits! "

" Horrible aftersales service. I booked and paid in advance for a transfer from Changi airport to hotel. My flight was cancelled by the airline due to a strike and I wasn't able to travel to Singapore. I gave advise to WTS travel two days before to avoid them to incur in any expense. I have tried to get my money refunded for 4 times, and I haven't been able to get the money nor any response from them. They did nothing for me, but they have my money. No fair play. "
