" This is a sharing of my experience after purchasing a pair of stools and a dinning table and bench set from Wihardja.
Price - 4 stars
Not the cheapest around but definitely appealing and eye catching for the furniture available.
Quality - 2 stars
After 2 months of usage, my dining table made of suar wood started to have black stains growing out of it. I am unable to tell if it is mould or the natural colours of the wood but I would like to believe its the latter as I have seen the carpenter polishing off something similar at the workshop at sungei kadut when we went for inspection before delivery.
The pair of suarwood stool we had start to crack or split at the bottom (could be due to poor treatment at the factory but i am unsure).
After Sale services - 2 stars
Not to fault Wihardja at this time of covid where a lot of movement and services are restricted but the communication somehow went quiet after phase 2 started. Promises of getting back and carpenter visit to view the condition of defective furniture did not happen. I gave up eventually and use wood putty to fill up the crack/split myself.
