" Yin yoga is a treat! Of cos not to expect painless treat. The foldings and bendings are comparatively more gentle. It is a guiltless aseptic kind of treat.
Our instructor, Catherine, she is both firmed and earnest. She would guide us on how to breathe into the poses, diffusing, expanding, melting, grounding...
Not that i have come close to getting it, but this place you can literally be earth-grounded. It is a modern facility built inside an old quaint single story large sports hall. Comfortable bringing bare face and wearing home slipper to.
Natural air, colonial house-feels' type of high ceiling and ceiling fans, leafy green trees outside the half windows, soothing music, zen dong bell sound signalling times up for each pose.
