" it was my 2nd purchased and it was really disappointing. Bad service, i have selected the option for AVAILABLE inventory, that's why i placed the order cos i needed for work urgently!!!!! And turn out that the scrub that i ordered was actually on back-order!! I was not informed till i asked about how come my order has not processed? Shouldn't medshop has the courtesy to actually inform your customer that? And not wait till we email in and ask! "

" I ordered cherokee scrubs through medshop. I wanted to exchange the scrub top and bottom as the sizes were too big. Issues with the exchange communications were resolved promptly.
I was pleasantly surprised as Steven went out of his way by communicating over the weekends to resolve the issue.
Otherwise the scrubs material are comfortable and easily maintained. "
