The temp in the room was really hot, so had to open windows in winter to cool, so more outside noise. Three twin beds, one pillow two blankets, good thing the room was so warm. " Really really nice rooms. Its a quiet and calm hotel. The staff is kind and helpfull. Had some problems with the company card that was quickly solved. The break fast is really good. Same as in many hotels but with the addition of a chef that can scramble the egs etc. I will definitely go back if and when I go back to Slovakia again. "

" A good 4 star hotel, located in the very center of the city. Parking for extra payment available, good internet, friendly staff, but this place is very much overpriced for what it offers, there are much cheaper options for accommodation in Bratislava with the same quality. "

" Nice hotel in a good part of town. Only strange part was a 10-inch wide window that ran from counter to ceiling height in the bathroom. I think this was meant to give some natural light there, particularly by the mirror and sink, but it looked directly into the bedroom. Frosted glass, milk glass, or a shade of some sort would be nice for privacy. "

" The place is nice and clean with great service. Most importantly it's incredibly dog friendly. Why only three stars? Because the spa experience was terrible with a masseuse who was highly unprofessional. She did not ask for previous injuries nor did she do any consultation what so ever. Furthermore, she did not respond to feedback. She also didn't speak a word of English or any other language except Slovak. Lastly, she strongly smelled like smoke when she walked in although the spa is explicitly a non-smoking area. However, if you're not planning to use the spa and if you're traveling with a dog this is a great place. "
