There are two buildings on the area of 17 ares – commercial and administrative , brick building with a built up area of 200 m2 and store made with steel scaffold with a built up area of 223 m2 and a height of 5.7 meters. Both buildings due to their height partly use 2 above-ground floors for administrative purpose, and they are equipped with complete sanitary facilities for employees.

Objects are structurally related, which does not exclude their completely autonomous function. They are connected to all IS, there are solar collectors on the roof and the property has two own wells.

The area is fenced and protected by an industrial camera.

It is located on the main route linking Košice and Vranov n / T, it goes along the largest Presov habitation “Sekčov” next to the fuel station with its own access road and sufficiently large parking area - 500 m2 .

The buildings were built in 2008 and built out in 2008-2012. Their original business/manufacturing purpose is not limited for the future owner and the structural adjustments can also be used for building purposes of social services.
